Fluff Farm is a calm building game for Android and iOS. The provider is Philipp Klose, 35037 Marburg (see Legal Notice).
By starting the app you agree to these terms. If you would rather not, please uninstall the app.
2. What you get
We grant you the right to use the app privately on your own devices. This right is not transferable.
The following is not permitted:
- modifying, reverse engineering or extracting parts of the app
- selling, trading or lending save games or accounts
- using automated tools that play for you
- looking for ways to obtain rainbow coins or in-game currency without earning or paying for them
3. Your account
An anonymous account is created on first launch. You can link it with Google or Apple so that your save game survives a new device.
As long as you do not link it, your save game is tied to that one device. If the device is lost, your progress is gone. We cannot restore it – we do not know which account was yours.
You are responsible for your account. Do not share your sign-in details.
4. Your name and your conduct
You choose a display name. It is visible to your friends.
Names are prohibited that insult, incite hatred, call for violence, infringe the rights of others, or pretend to belong to the operator. Names are checked automatically against a blocklist. Anything that slips through can be reported.
We may remove a name that breaches these rules. In the event of serious or repeated breaches, we may block an account.
You can change a name once per day.
5. In-game currency and rainbow coins
Blades of grass, moss, shells and the other meadow currencies are created in the game. They have no value outside the game, cannot be paid out and cannot be transferred to other players.
Rainbow coins can be earned or bought. They too are not a means of payment and have no value outside the game.
Neither is a credit balance in the legal sense; both are states within your save game. No claim to a particular amount or to permanent retention arises from them.
6. Purchases
Purchases run through Google Play or the App Store. Your contractual partner for the payment is the respective store, not us. Prices, taxes and invoices come from there.
- What you buy is access to digital content within the app, immediately after the purchase.
- Right of withdrawal: For digital content it lapses as soon as performance has begun with your consent – that is, when the content is credited in the game. Refunds follow the rules of the store.
- If something goes wrong – you paid and received nothing – write to us at support@elephanttrails.de. We will look into it and credit you with what is missing.
For purchases by minors, the rules of the store and parental consent apply. Set up family sharing if a child plays on the device.
7. Advertising
There are optional video ads. You only see one if you tap a button that announces it. There are no banners and nothing that interrupts you.
You decide yourself whether personalised advertising is delivered. The decision can be changed in the settings.
8. When the game changes
We keep developing Fluff Farm. Content, in-game prices and mechanics may change – that is part of a game.
We will not take paid benefits away from you. Should purchased content ever be discontinued, you will receive equivalent compensation.
We may discontinue the service. We will announce this in the app at least 30 days in advance. Rainbow coins that you have paid for and can then no longer spend will be refunded on request.
9. Availability
We do our best to keep the service running. We do not promise any particular level of availability. Maintenance, faults at Google or your own internet connection may get in the way.
The game itself also works without a connection. Without a network, only cloud backup, friends, cards and coins are unavailable.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act.
In cases of slight negligence we are liable only if we breach an obligation on whose fulfilment you may rely and which is essential to the contract. Liability is then limited to foreseeable damage typical of this type of contract.
For the loss of save games we are liable only in accordance with these rules. Link your account and your progress is safe.
11. Termination
You can stop at any time. Uninstall the app and have your account deleted – how to do that is described in the privacy policy under “Deleting your account and data”.
We may block an account if you breach these terms. In the case of a minor breach we will warn you first.
12. Applicable law
German law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence apply in addition.
13. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. We will inform you of material changes in the app at least 30 days in advance. If you do not object and continue to play, the amended terms apply. We will point out this consequence in the announcement.
